Throughout California, the Bakersfield Games are known as the "Friendly Games" for the simple fact that we welcome everyone! Whether a you are light skin or dark skin; whether your ancestors are from Africa, Asia, or Europe, you are invited to be Scottish for the day! Come out to Bakersfield College to watch Scottish Athletics, listen to bagpipes, watch Scottish dancers, or attempt to throw a miniature caber! This is a family event for everyone!
